BELL ROCK HIDEAWAY
Brand new luxury lodge
We are thrilled to be launching our brand new 2-bed Bell Rock Hideaway, which is now available for couples with weddings booked at Kinkell Byre.
The Hideaway comfortably sleeps 4 in two bedrooms – a spacious main superking bedroom and a guest room that can be set up as a double or a twin. There is also a sofa bed to squeeze in an extra 2 for larger groups, parties and families.
The Hideaway has a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, with huge windows to make the most of our breathtaking sea views. It is just one minute’s walk from our 10 cosy cabins.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the Hideaway includes wifi and a TV.
Cosy Self-Catering Cabins
Located on the Fife Coast with Highland Cows
We have 10 self catering Cabins, just 1 minute walk from the Byre. Each have a spectacular sea view and take in the very best of the Fife coastline and our herd of Highland Cows in the neighbouring field.
Every Cabin is equipped with a table and two chairs, a hairdryer, linen and towels. There is a basic kitchenette with microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster. The beds can be split into two singles or a double. There is an ensuite shower room with a sink, toilet, mirror and shaver socket.
We have a few with ramp access and we also have some that are pet friendly, please let us know when booking if you require either of these.
Kinkell COTTAGE
Beautifully designed and just 1 minute walk from the venue, Kinkell Cottage offers the perfect place for you and your guests to relax before and after your special day
Now available to book for couples celebrating their big day at Kinkell Byre.
The cottage features 3 en-suite bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests (with one superking and two flexible superking/twin rooms).
Guests can enjoy a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, living area, complete with large windows showcasing our stunning sea views. The Cottage includes two ovens, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a generous outdoor space.
100% paid in advance to secure booking.
Prices: £440 for one night and £295 for any additional nights.

Kinkell Farmhouse
Available for Kinkell Byre wedding bookings from 30th June 2027 – 11th July 2027 and 19th July – 20th August 2027

Rewilding Kinkell Farm
We are growing a native wild flower meadow down by the cabins. The purpose of this is to attract wildlife such as birds, bees and butterflies to increase the biodiversity at Kinkell.
The wildlife meadows will change quite dramatically through every season. In spring and summer, the Cabin site is full of bright, colourful blossom including poppies and daisies and in the autumn it has a more grassy and rugged feel with earthy tones and dried flowers
